US-100 sonic sensor working but only reporting values when telemetry published via MQTT but WebUI reports sensor value on change?
I have a couple of US-100 (comparable similar to HC-SR04) sensors working just fine on an ESP8266 with 14.0.0.1 sensors firmware. The sensor distances are reported in the WebUI with each change, well once per second or so, whatever the default is. But the distance changes for each sensor are only reported with each telemetry report via MQTT.
What are the options or methods to have the MQTT reporting more frequent, say once per second or once per 5 seconds type of thing? PulseTime seems to be related only to WebUI buttons/relays. Switches generate MQTT status messages per state change, etc.. Is there a sensor reporting frequency setting? That I can establish for MQTT messages are sent more frequently than telemetry setting? Or do I have to change the default telemetry value? Is there a MQTT command I can explicitly send to have the sensors return a status result, that includes the sensors current values?
