Integrate Berry MI driver and Homekit in firmware variant Bluetooth.

The Berry MI driver variant is enabled via setting
-DUSE_MI_HOMEKIT=1 Homekit bridge additionally enabled
or
-DUSE_MI_HOMEKIT=0 Homekit bridge disabled (only Berry MI driver active)
