Matter aggregator relocated to endpoint 1 for Google compatibility, may break existing associations

POTENTIAL BREAKING CHANGE may need to associate again your device

Several fixes to improve compliance to Matter standard.

For Google Home compatibility, the Aggregator endpoint needs to be relocated at endpoint 1, which also needs any device at endpoint 1 to be relocated as well. This may break existing associations. If so, pair again.
