[PS1] Battle Arena Nitoushinden (Japan): Missing FMVs

• Choosing any gameplay option will cause the game to display an infinite black screen, instead of showing the normal loading menu picture and then loading into gameplay
• The opening FMV is missing (I think it gets drawn for like, one frame, so theres a little something at the bottom, but then it stops and only plays audio)
• Choosing the first option in the menu will cause the game to lock up, not display the FMV, and play corrupted audio
• The game will enter a black screen and play corrupted audio upon trying to play the title demo if you wait long enough, before ceasing all audio.

Almost all issues are fixed as of latest commit, however, FMVs still just display the first frame and then only audio onward.
