Normally, the game has some culling on the ground, and draws the silhouette of large objects in the distance. However, on ares, none of that happens, and the ground simply loads in whole chunks at a time, with less draw distance and no silhouettes of large distant objects. Additionally, parts of the environment occasionally have some flickering.
