Strings in xAxis

How can I display strings in xAxis instead of floats?

Needed to use the type of graph as multiBarChart, for example.

can you provide a more specific response? I could not find an answer by looking at the documentation, and I am not sure if you expect us to dig in to the source code.

Django-nvd3 is just a wrapper on top of Python-NVD3 therefore this ticket should not be opened here but rather discussed on python-nvd3 repo.

i understand your reasoning, but seems as though this is an interface issue (i.e. django-nvd3). As far as I can see it, this setting is passed through the (django) template flags.
