NoteTitles will be repeated twice when producing markdown notes

I think I have an intermediate solution:
Create a File called Zotero Note Template.md where the contents are only {{noteContent}}.
Then go to Tools > Mdnotes preferences > Export preferences > Template folder and put in the folder containing the above file.
Worked for me (on Windows)
