background color for paragraphs #8

For visualizing a paragraph background colouring would be usefull, maybe for lines, pages and sentences too ?

I can apply a background colour but it is currently hiding the cursor. I will look more into this.

This has been resolved by adding a highlight on mouse-over feature to all annotations.
