6.1 Release.

I want to release 6.1 soon after scalaz 7.1 is released, but there is a lot of work to be done.

Definite list:

• Review type support for Encode/Decode Json. There are a few things missing Array (Add Codecs for Array. #60), Byte (Add codec for Byte #71).
• Printer improvements (Printer improvements. #117)
• Revisit access to history of HCursor.
• Add utilities to help hand building codecs for sum types (Add utilities and examples for different patterns of handling sum types. #65, Ease the use of codecs and sum types. #105). Note there are some good combinators in scodec that are worth looking at, plus some I have posted to the mailing list/irc at various times.
• Review and Merge in shapeless generic support for auto derived codecs (Labelled generic codecs #108, Topic/auto codec #109)
• Add a combinator that checks for field names as well as number of fields for case codecs, see (Strictly decode to case class disallowing extraneous fields in JSON #104).
• Improvements to errors (Strictly decode to case class disallowing extraneous fields in JSON #104).
• Java 8 issue (JDK 1.8 Compilation issues. #95).
• Unsafe mutual recursion in codecs must get removed (DecodeJson/EncodeJson #83)
• Clean-up and document auto-codecs (Revisit auto derived codecs. #129)

Maybe list (probably 6.2 now):

• Fix jNumber (Number printing performance. #68, Compatability #73, Support arbitrary decimal numbers #98, Long decoding suffers precision loss? #111, Switch jNumber to support arbitrary precision numbers. #116)
• Better support for recursive types (Better support for recursive codecs. #130)
• Diff support (Add diff support. #99)
• QuasiQuoter for json (QuasiQuoter to build json? #81).
• Jawn support.
• ByteBuffer, Array[Byte], ByteVector parsing support.
• Scalaz-stream support (separate module)

I'll try to make some time to get the auto-codecs sorted at the very least, because that's easily the most requested thing ever.
