API date formatting

Hello,
I noticed there is a inconsistency between date formats in newsfeed endpoint and arguments endpoint.

in newsfeed the date format is yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:s.SSS
however,
in arguments it is dd-MM-yyyy HH:mm
