エンジン設定 (現在は環境変数だがこれを設定ファイルに)
ユーザスタイル設定にエンジンを追加
/voice セレクタにエンジン選択を追加
- ちなみにエンジン設定で default 指定できるといいよね多分

engine_manifest 使えばいけそう。移植性の観点で正直設定ファイルは導入したくないというのがある
