Aria2 Keeps Loading in WEBUI

hello;
i am using aria2 for downloading torrents and it was working fine until last few days, i have noticed that it keeps loading when i click on any task in left side.
in rare cases it shows the downloading tasks otherwise it keeps loading, whether its downloading task, settings task or status task.
aria2 version is 1.1.6 (SEE IN SCREENSHOT)
