Documentation, JSON-RPC using HTTP GET using user/password

I am making a lib using " JSON-RPC using HTTP GET ", it works nice, but I do not understand how to use:

• User/Password with the HTTP GET only way.
• Token with the HTTP GET only way.

Theres no examples in the doc, I tried a few things and can not find it, also searched the open issues and can not find it.
Maybe someone can give me an example... 🙂
