rename 'green' to furnace. move from object to building: huts, church…

…, castle, gazebo. moved from object to item/weapon: assassin dagger. edited readme of object. renamed 'light red' walls and entrance which are atcually green purple. moved details of green purple entrance into the entrance file itself which had 4 spaces, exactly enough for what was in details file.
