ARIES testing suite

Hi folks -

Given that we'll (conservatively) have 200 input & output layers in the current modeling suite we need a "smart" test suite. I'll hold on to a good .nc file (post to the raid) for each service/case study. From there we need an automated way to compare new model results to the older (correct) .nc file.
