global element get unpublished

virtual elements get marked as missing reference
global element get deleted
virtual elements get deleted too
global element get marked as hidden
virtual elements get marked as hidden reference

Don't allow until all references are removed. Include "Used On" Table to show on wich VirtualElements it is in use.
