Enhancement summary

Add validation for Ipsec connection. This can validate the state of connection between the peers.

Which component of AVD is impacted

eos_validate_state

Use case example

As we are configuring the IPsec connection between peers from eos design so to validate the state of those connection will be advantage.

Describe the solution you would like

Add the ANTA IPsec connection test in AVD.
