Some requests don't require authentification and no credentials. 'aws' currently has no real support for that.

Bumping this because it bit us today. We wound up making a read-only IAM user for "dummy" credentials, just to list a public S3 bucket. Not a blocker, but inconvenient!

PS thanks for putting these bindings together! Very handy 😄
