Add output to template in order to get correct url of jenkins server

This appears to be more complicated than expected, see https://forums.aws.amazon.com/message.jspa?messageID=530019

For now, we do not fix this, the "solution" is to add a ELB resource in front of the EC2 instance. The loadbalancer provides the dns name attribute, to be used elsewhere in the cloudformation template.
