missing [SETTING] tags #1260

I know you're trying to keep the JS compact and streamlined, but I do find the [SETTING] tags useful and noticed a few that were missing:

0210
[SETTING] General>Language and Appearance>Language>Choose your preferred language for displaying pages

1211
[SETTING] Privacy & Security>Security>Certificates>Query OCSP responder servers to confirm the current validity of certificates

2503 - now 4512
[SETTING] General>Tabs>Open links in tabs instead of new windows

I didn't do a comprehensive search, these are just the ones that popped out at me.
