Create SPIdata for the Regional Internet Registry (RIR) of the IP addresses involved. Possible values for the rir/rir.src/rir.dst would be:

AFRINIC
APNIC
ARIN
LACNIC
RIPE NCC

List of registries:
https://www.arin.net/knowledge/rirs.html

Generate direct from the IP:
http://www.iana.org/assignments/ipv4-address-space/ipv4-address-space.xml

Generate from the ASN (might be better):
http://www.iana.org/assignments/as-numbers/as-numbers.xml
