Did I miss something? :)

Is there a spec written for OTRv3? I see references to it in libotr but I can't find any documentation. Is this addressing Joseph Bonneau's "Finite-State Security Analysis of OTR Version 2"?

It might take a while for the spec to be hashed out, but mpOTR would be a nice project. I'm not sure what's currently available for js ECDH though.

@Hainish The spec is available in the release candidate for libotr 4.0. I've added a copy in specs/.

The paper you cited does appear to be addressed and there's already an implementation of ECDH in Cryptocat.
