Basically ensure that changes are tested, and do it automatically.

I tried building the app it sucessfully got built but testing is failing saying there are no test , maybe someother command is used for testing

Right, there are no tests. That's part of the problem.

Can i add only CI , automated for building , your one problem will be solved & when anyone will add unit test then you will be able to add just one test command and it will automatically do testing
, I am saying because i haven't added any test file for go language before.
