Feature Request: Notifications for planned walks

REQUESTING HELP

As a user, I would like to receive notifications whenever a planned walk is about to happen.

Roadblocks:

1. An endpoint we can use to pull data for planned walks;
2. A user/ group of users who will be responsible for reporting planned walks. Is it possible we allow app users to post planned walks? Would this be too spammy/unreliable?

ArmlessWunder is willing to do the android coding necessary to implement these features. And possibly the server side application (as long as its in node.js and has a practical database functionality (SQL) for our purposes)

NEED A VOLUNTEER who is willing to host the server-side application for get/post planned walks data (please volunteer here if you can do this/have a solution)
