All the bootloaders will be changed to use internal-flash only + update storage in external storage.

This depends on new bootloader release.

@teetak01 please consider using internal storage for fw update whether possible (e.g. F429 and others with plenty of flash would benefit from this)
This will reduce the BOM and getting started UX :)

Sure, although those targets should already be using that configuration. Mostly I was implying those which use kv-store.filesystem currently.
