Na inicialização do componentes sugiro colocar nomes que tragam mais informação, isso ajuda bastante na hora de simular! Exe:

M0: MotorDC port map (	CLOCK_IN => CLOCK_IN,

....

B0: Bumper port map (	CLOCK_IN => CLOCK_IN,
