[ENHANCEMENT]: Add table structure for all .md files

Is your enhancement proposal related to a problem? Please describe.
All of the files are missing table structure which I've added with my first PR to this repository.
It is way better to have a table structure, this way we can add a new organization/community/etc on the new line,
instead of making files one liners.
