Installation of rouge/pygments highlighting themes #30

Hi Aron,

How can I install an alternative rouge highlighter theme with your Jekyll theme? I generated a CSS file with
rougify style base16.solarized.dark > syntax.css

but I am not sure how to install it. I am not very familiar with Ruby or SCSS.
