As discussed in PR #1, update inspec-aws resources to match InSpec 1.0.

I have a couple of questions on this work. Just let me know if there is a better place to discuss:

Can a copyright/license be added, as in Missing Copyright? #2 ?
What are your thoughts on overlap with https://github.com/k1LoW/awspec ? I'm not an InSpec/RSpec expert, but I do like this project's set of RSpec resources, and wonder if it makes sense to port them to InSpec? Note that this project is MIT licensed.
