Can't update, uninstall or reinstall the Around app on Windows

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the proper channel to report my issue, apologies if not.

I'm unable to update or uninstall Around on Windows 10. The installer fails with the message "Around cannot be closed.
Please close it manually and click Retry to continue." Trying to uninstall it from Apps & Features has the same effect, and I can't find any Around related process in the task manager. What can I do?

The program version is 0.61.17 by the way.
