Email reports are broken

I have weekly email reports enabled on my account on Goatcounter.com but it seems they stopped working a while ago. The last report I received was in the last week of December 2022.

Is this a known issue?

@arp242 you should be able to find my account from the Goatcounter domain mcont. I have weekly reports enabled there but I don't receive them.

The problem is that the code to calculate the "end of week" didn't work with year transitions; it's kind of a special case since "end of day, month, etc." is never in the next year. That explains why it stopped on 25th Dec specifically and why some other people did get reports (enabled after Jan 2023, or using a different time period).

I fixed the bug, and I reset the time of last report to Monday the 15th, so you should get a report next Monday.
