Yes, that was good for a start, but does not continue to work.

That's precisely what we get out of https://github.com/arpa2/docker-demo/blob/master/build-tlspool/Dockerfile The script gives details on how to build that, and it's replayable. Moreover, we tend to use it when we work on the TLS Pool, so it is subject to more maintenance than a the loose one-shot QUIKCKSTART.SH script.
