I have 500GB external hard drive.
I ran the scan the first time and hard-linked all the duplicates in the results.
I ran the scan again and it found more new results.
I did it a few times and every time hard linked all the results (while the option to ignore hard linked files is checked).
I then uncheck the option to ignore hard linked files and a message boxed "No duplicates found." still pops up without showing any results.

Can you provide the DupeGuru version? I am currently not able to reproduce this. The results I am getting are as expected: hardlinks are ignored when the option is checked and included when not checked.
Latest - 4.3.1
It also seems it still remembers excluded folders from past scans but that seems to be a different issue as the original problem happened without changing the folders between scans. just one after the other. maybe there is some exception that stops the scan without notifying. I don't know.
