Feature Request: Maximum File Size Limit

Feature Request:
In addition to the Preference for minimum file size to scan, it would be very useful to have a maximum file size option, as well. There are certain situations when I want to filter out small files and other situations when I want to prevent scanning large files in order to save time.

I agree they should be wider, on windows the dialog renders a bit differently so the - and + buttons take up less horizontal space.
