0 balances when blockchain.info is under maintenance #1

When blockchain.info API is unavailable, BitcoinAddress#update_balance sets balance to 0.

It should correctly handle this situation and

use some other API to fetch the balance (blockexplorer.com? blocktrail.com?)
if it is not possible to do then just don't update it
