There is a new variable in xconfig.h.

xconfig.h:3122:3: error: invalid preprocessing directive #NEED_XLOCALE_H
 3122 | # NEED_XLOCALE_H /**/
      |   ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Fixed. It's a runtime test in mainline perl, but undef seems to be a safe assumption for Linux.
