Merge author items directly on Author Disambiguator? #156

Hello,

It is frequent that author names that are duplicated are readily noticeable from within AD, just by their ORCIDs or VIAF IDs, for example.

I am not sure how that would go in terms of UI, but if would be useful to be able to merge authors in the "Potential authors" part.

Perhaps a "tick box" next to the radio buttons, and a button "Merge author names and link works"?

Would not save that much time, but it would be a cool feature to have.
