Support "Secure" connections

Get https://jetbrains.github.io/projector-client/mkdocs/latest/ij_user_guide/server_customization/#making-the-connection-secure working in the role. Does this require a dependency on a Let's Encrypt Ansible role? Probably recommend a role but let end user configure certificates as they desire, and point this role to the location of a JKS file.

Would like to combine Tailscale's magic DNS HTTPS support with this role in some way - as an optional configuration if using a role like https://github.com/artis3n/ansible-role-tailscale (artis3n/ansible-collection-tailscale#22).
