Deleting parties should go to next party not jump

Actions: Add more than one unknown party to a record. Delete a party.
Expectation: Should highlight party immediately below for editing.
Reality: Highlights first record that has a name, not the 2 additional unknown parties above. Hitting the x on the unknown parties does delete just those parties, but the record with a name remains highlighted.
