Working on IRN 1009341 and starting from scratch
Expectation: When you add parties to a record that has none (so building a record from scratch), you should be able to switch the "direct transfer" flag to "yes" because you may be adding a party after and want to record all of the information for the party you're currently working on.
Reality: For the last party in the record, the "direct transfer" flag is left to "no".
I'm just thinking about the way I complete records, and if I add a party below another one, I'm not sure that I'd remember to check the transfer flag, and the punctuation can be hard to see.
