Loss of Footnotes

IRN 1009117 (52.7, Vouet, "The Toilet of Venus")

Trying to fix the broken periods and other badness in this and realized that almost all of the footnotes that exist in KE are coming in to the "original text" tab in Elysa, but they do not show up over to the "Current Period" tab when you're trying to edit them.

It could be a Costas style thing, but figured I'd file it here just in case.
