"Washington, DC" in new party record shifts information from next party in to location field #89

Working on IRN 1005638, and when adding "Ruel P. Tolman [1879-1954], Washington, DC", the software shifts the record directly below it in to the the location field, and inserts a period at the end of DC, and duplicates the last party in the record.

I tried it on a different record, and it is the phrase "Washington, DC" is where we're going wrong. I changed the party name and kept the "Washington, DC" and it still happens.

Also happens regardless of tabbing or clicking.

Interesting. I'll have to look at this one in person—I can't get it to fail in the code.
