Here are some counter examples:

  • Eugene Robinson: The Clinton-Warren ticket? - Taunton Daily Gazette https://t.co/XIkO5RE5LJ results in War & Peace.
  • I'm anti-trump, but I am also against the childish barbarism of the left when they assault peaceful supporters. results in War & Peace.
  • I wonder if Mexican flag protestors understand they're just reaffirming @realDonaldTrump campaign slogans. #invasion https://t.co/nzK1figzuH isn't marked as anything, and maybe it should be?

I modified id_issues to print out the tweets and the issues identified to a file that can be looked at to debug.
