[Feature] MRT/ERT note interactions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be awesome if TMW could interact with MRT/ERT notes. Much like Kaze weakaura (https://wago.io/n7l5uN3YM). Giving us the ability to show icons and add conditions when a certain MRT/ERT timer is upcoming or passed. You would need options for personal note or shared notes with or without your character's name.

I’m envisioning, having a rotation like TMW that would be flexible enough to line up raid cooldowns and personal defensives using the raid leaders note. That way from boss fight to boss fight, TMW would automatically adjust to the new timings.

Describe the solution you'd like
A solution could be a new icon type that will show the spell in the MRT/ERT note’s spell id and maybe some conditions for visibility like show the icon x many seconds before or after timer.

Describe alternatives you've considered
If considered just having a condition instead. But I’m not sure how you would make use of the spell id in the note to display that spell.

Additional context
You would need to consider both shared notes and personal notes. And if the timer has a character name associated with it or if it’s a spell id that is available to the class/spec that’s being played. I guess you could have a raid leader mode that would show the spell regardless if that spell is available.

I just really think it’s a neat idea to have TMW consider the notes of raid leaders. It’s something that can be quickly changed between pulls that could make a difference on a really tough boss.
