As a side note, is there a way to create an addon expanding what gets replaced by this mod? |
Not really. It's pretty specific to TCon and TCon addons in its design at this stage. |
Was considering expanding ConArm's system to handle Dragon and hippogryph armors from Ice and Fire and handle Horse armor from vanilla, and would be nice if I could expand the replacement done by this mod without having to write a system for it from scratch. |
If you make a TCon addon, I can trivially add support for it on my side, at least with regard to the vanilla horse armor (dragon/hippogryph armors would be more involved, but you might be able to replace them by hand as they're unlikely to be used in many recipes from other mods) |
Good point, I just need to check if Tinkered Hegemony is loaded and if so, apply recipe changes. (I happen to be the author to Armory Expansion so.. I already have an add-on, those are some of the planned features.) The troubling part is setting up the models and textures x.x |

As per the title, replacement of mob's tools and armor would be welcome :)
Perhaps define a a couple of base materials for each tool / armor part as a fallback when no adequate material is found in the TinkersRegistry.
