Issue or Incompatibility with Recipe Stages

When a recipe is locked behind a game stage using the Recipe Stages mod, it no longer allows for custom Tcon tools in the recipe and instead asks for the vanilla tools. Attempting to craft these recipes with the appropriate Tcon tool instead does not work. If I remove the Recipe stage lock or disable recipe stages it works as normal.

I figure this is a rare usage of your mod and am not sure if this can be fixed, but thanks for your time.
