Note: installing new "typeshed" packages may require updating type hints in your codebase

also don't touch people's version numbers but yes this is meant to be a bridge to mypy 0.900 and changing the listed packages here would be a very big breaking change |

This Pull Request refreshes "typeshed" packages via the existing "bin/generate-install-requires" script.
To be honest, it is not clear whether you want to keep an old "typeshed" snap forever (regardless how many types-packages were removed/added). If so, you can close this PR.
