Update ANCM ref doc for tooling RTM.

• Set default for forwardWindowsAuthToken to true (and remove it from examples) per Modify the default value of forwardWindowsAuthToken="true" in the schema file aspnet/AspNetCoreModule#53
• Update language that pertains to loss of publish-iis tooling
• Change spacing of web.config to 2-space indents
• Change aspnetcore-stdout to stdout to match what the SDK produces
• Reference and link the two deployment types, which are represented by the example web.config files
