.Ignore() throws NullReferenceException

Hey guys, first time around.

I am trying to configure my modelBuilder to generate the first Migration.
When I try to Ignore(x => x.ValueObject) or even Ignore(x => x.AggregateEntity) it throws Object reference not set to an instance of an object at Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Metadata.Internal.InternalModelBuilder.RemoveEntityType(EntityType entityType, ConfigurationSource configurationSource).

What is strange is that it seems that only throws this exception on one modelBuilder.
I put a bit of .Ignore on some entities, but it seems that is not working only with one of them.
This one:

modelBuilder.Entity<Domain.PedidoContext.Pedido>(p =>
            {
                p.ToTable("Pedido").HasKey(b => b.Id);
                p.Ignore(b => b.Usuario);
            });

I have tried EF Core 2.0.2 and 2.1.0-preview1-final.
Both throws the same error.

I was trying to do it running 'eStore.MigrationRunner' as startup project.

When I run 'Add-Migration init -verbose' command it returns:
