RC1 and Azure Web Apps Free Tier

RC1 has a increment on "temp" folder usage than beta8.
Azure Web Apps Free Tier have a maximun of 300Mb of storage for "temp" file storage.
It is now quite impossible to publish a simple MVC 6 RC1 Web App on Azure as a Free App (which was possible before on beta8) using Continuous Integration (repro repo) because the deployment process will always give There is not enough space on the disk during the process.

Azure Web Apps on Free Tier is an awesome place to try aspnet 5 and to encourage people to learn and try without needing to burn money in the process, as a speaker or presenter, I try to make them build things and try them out, and right now it's not quite possible without someone to pay for a Standard App Service.
